- Please note the included flight will fly out of ATL, you will be responsible for your flight to ATL from your departure city.
- For land only packages you should book your airfare to arrive into Bangkok - Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on March 28, 2025 and depart from Phuket International Airport (HKT) on April 6, 2025
- If you book a Land Only package, please note it does not include international and domestic airfare, as well as airport transfers. Please plan accordingly.
- Tips for drivers, porters, and guides are not covered.
- Personal spending and travel insurance are excluded.
- Items of personal nature, meals not listed in the itinerary, and beverages during meals are not included.
- Recommended tips: $10-$20 per day for guides, $5-$8 per day for drivers. Please have cash ready for tips each day.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You should research and find the best travel insurance policy to fit your needs by doing a Google Search. We can also send you a list of vendors as well.
Why is it important to have travel insurance? By taking out travel insurance you are essentially covering yourself against risks such as lost or stolen luggage, cancellation cover (should you not be able to travel due to unexpected medical reasons) and most importantly unexpected medical costs abroad.
- A passport valid for six months beyond your return date is required. For this trip, it must not expire before November 7, 2025.
- Due to exchange rate fluctuations, prices may adjust. Your final bill will reflect any changes due to currency rate shifts.
- We offer roommate matching for this tour. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
- Please note, the hotel check-in date is March 28, 2025. This trip will cross the international date line. The flight will leave ATL on March 26, 2025.
- A comprehensive itinerary will be provided 60 days prior to your trip, aiding in planning your free time in Bangkok and throughout Thailand.

- Payments to The Professional Travelista are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the fact that contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors will not allow us to obtain any refunds. If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
- Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee. All name changes must be requested 90 days before travel.
- Late Payment of $50 per person is required after the Final Due Date. All late payment requests must be approved before the Final Due Date.
