IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Passports are required to enter all International locations and must not expire within 6 month of travel date. Go ahead and check your passport now.  
  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.  
  • All requests for refunds must be made to your selected travel insurance company.  Be sure you review their terms and conditions for refunds.
  • ALL Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email
  • If you opt to use our convenient payment plan, you will received monthly invoices when your payment is due.
  • If you miss 3 consecutive payments, without notice to The Professional Travelista, your vacation is subject to cancellation.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is making timely payments.
  • Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation.  If not, your reservation will be adjusted to the current occupancy and the price will change accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Payments to The Professional Travelista are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the fact that contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors will not allow us to obtain any refunds. If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
  • Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee.  All name changes must be requested 90 days before travel.
  • Late Payment of $50 per person is required after the Final Due Date. All late payment requests must be approved before the Final Due Date.
  • All late payments requests must be approved by management before final payment date.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.  Space is not being held until deposit is made.
