1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip, making a deposit, or using any services provided by The Professional Travelista (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not book or use our services.

2. Deposits and Booking

A trip is not considered booked until the required deposit has been paid and the booking form has been completed. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Payment Plans and Policies

• Payment plans are available for most trips. Payment due dates are outlined in your confirmation email.
• If a scheduled payment is not made within 60 days, your booking is subject to cancellation without refund.
• If full payment is not received by the final due date, your booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted via the official cancellation form: Cancellation Form. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone, text, or social media.
• Refunds are not available for any payments made.
• Cancellations may take 3-5 business days to process.
• If you purchase travel insurance, you must contact your provider for any reimbursement claims.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel disruptions. The Professional Travelista is not responsible for any losses due to personal circumstances, weather, airline delays, or other unforeseen events.

6. Name Changes and Transfers

• Name changes or trip transfers are not permitted unless otherwise stated in the trip details.
• If permitted, a name change fee may apply.

7. Required Travel Documents

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa, and any required travel documents for international travel.
• No refunds will be issued if you are denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

8. Conduct and Responsibility

• By booking a trip, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and follow all laws and regulations of the destination.
• We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the trip, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to others.

9. Image and Likeness Release

By booking and participating in any trip organized by The Professional Travelista, you irrevocably grant us full rights to use photos, videos, and other media featuring you for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, without compensation or notification. You may not opt out of this policy.

10. Liability Waiver

• The Professional Travelista is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, delays, lost property, or other incidents during your trip.
• Travelers participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

11. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to make changes to the trip itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, vendor availability, or safety concerns.
• No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes.

12. Agreement to Terms

By booking a trip and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
