Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You should research and find the best travel insurance policy to fit your needs by doing a Google Search. We can also send you a list of vendors as well.

Why is it important to have travel insurance? By taking out travel insurance you are essentially covering yourself against risks such as lost or stolen luggage, cancellation cover (should you not be able to travel due to unexpected medical reasons) and most importantly unexpected medical costs abroad.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

A passport valid for six months beyond your return date is required. For this trip, it must not expire before December 15, 2026.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations, prices may adjust. Your final bill will reflect any changes due to currency rate shifts.
We offer roommate matching for this tour. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
Please note, the hotel check-in date is June 11, 2026. The flight will leave Atlanta on June 11, 2026 and return on June 15, 2026.
A comprehensive itinerary will be provided 30 days prior to your trip, aiding in planning your free time in El Salvador.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN

You will be enrolled in our automatic billing upon making your deposit, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. If you un-enroll in automatic billing and payment is not received within 60 days, your vacation reservation will be cancelled.

Following cancellation due to non-payment, you have 30 days to reinstate your reservation by paying the full outstanding balance plus a $200 reinstatement fee.

After the 30-day reinstatement period expires, your reservation cannot be recovered.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Payments to The Professional Travelista are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the fact that contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors will not allow us to obtain any refunds. If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
If you book one (1) package for double occupancy, your roommate is required to book within 7 days. If your roommate does not book, you will be switched to single occupancy at the current single rate.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee. All name changes must be requested 90 days before travel.
Late Payment of $50 per person is required after the Final Due Date. All late payment requests must be approved before the Final Due Date.
All late payments requests must be approved by management before final payment date.
