Flight is only included for Miami Add On Package.
If you book a Cruise Only package, please note it does not include airfare. Please plan accordingly.
Tips for drivers, porters, and guides are not covered.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You should research and find the best travel insurance policy to fit your needs by doing a Google Search. We can also send you a list of vendors as well.

Why is it important to have travel insurance? By taking out travel insurance you are essentially covering yourself against risks such as lost or stolen luggage, cancellation cover (should you not be able to travel due to unexpected medical reasons) and most importantly unexpected medical costs abroad.

You must have government issued ID to cruise.
Personal spending and travel insurance are excluded.
When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise departs from Miami on May 30, 2025, at 3:30 PM local time. It is strongly suggested to arrive in Miami one day before the cruise departs to avoid any travel delays.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Payments to The Professional Travelista are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the fact that contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors will not allow us to obtain any refunds. If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee. All name changes must be requested 90 days before travel.
Late Payment of $50 per person is required after the Final Due Date. All late payment requests must be approved before the Final Due Date.
All late payments requests must be approved by management before final payment date.
